Detailed Fulfillment Steps
1. Inventory Confirmation
When an order is received, one of the following scenarios applies:
Scenario 1: Products Are In Stock
- Warehouse staff go directly to the designated storage area to pick the required items.
- All inventory is categorized and stored on clearly labeled shelves.
- By scanning the order barcode, staff can instantly locate the exact product location, ensuring fast and accurate picking.
Scenario 2: Products Are Out of Stock
- If items are low in stock or unavailable, a purchase list is immediately created.
- The procurement team sources products from local manufacturers and arranges delivery to the HOLA warehouse.
Once supplier parcels arrive, the following inbound procedures take place:

- Supplier packages typically arrive within 1–3 days, depending on distance.
