There are three ways to get and manage tracking numbers on HOLA:

1. Automatically sync tracking numbers
2. Check tracking numbers in HOLA
3. Export tracking numbers in bulk

1. Automatically Sync Tracking Numbers

If your Shopify store is authorized and connected to HOLA, tracking numbers can be synced to your store automatically.

You must allow HOLA to manage inventory in your Shopify store:

Steps: Shopify Admin → Products → Inventory managed by → Select HOLAdropshipping

• Sync After Dispatching
• Original Tracking Number

Sync After Dispatching

Tracking numbers will be synced to your store after the order is dispatched. Once synced, the order in your Shopify store will be marked as Fulfilled.

Original Tracking Number

Provides full tracking information from China to the customer’s address.

Local Tracking Number

Shows tracking information from the destination country to the customer’s address.
