There are two ways to place orders on HOLA:

Automatic Dropshipping Orders
Orders are synced directly from your connected store and fulfilled automatically.

Manual Orders via Excel or CSV
Upload orders manually using Excel or CSV files if you don’t have a connected store.
1. Automatic Dropshipping Orders
Note: Make sure you have authorized your Shopify store and connected your store products with HOLA products. Once done, your store orders will sync automatically to HOLA.
a. Go to Unpaid Orders > Awaiting Process > Add to Cart
- Under Awaiting Process, you can:
- Update order address information
- Select shipping methods (the system defaults to the method with the lowest price)
- Select multiple orders and click Add to Cart
- If you don’t see orders synced to Awaiting Process, go to Unconnected Orders:
- Select the corresponding HOLA products to connect
- The orders will then move to Unpaid Orders > Awaiting Process


b. Select Cart Orders > Pay > Paid Orders
- Under Cart Orders, you can select multiple orders and click Pay.
- Once payment is successful, orders will automatically move to Paid Orders, and the HOLA team will handle the rest.
Payment Pending:
- Orders that are not paid yet or where payment failed
- You can either re-pay or cancel
- If you click Cancel, the orders will return to Cart Orders
