HOLA supports test orders, allowing you to experience our fulfillment process and services before scaling your business.

Steps:

a. Go to Unpaid Orders > Awaiting Process > Import Order.

b. Click Download Template to get the Excel/CSV template.

c. Fill in Order Details: Complete the order details in the template (*** Required Fields)**.

d. Return to Awaiting Process > Import Order > Upload Files > Import.

Note:

1. Order Number– The order number from your store or you can create by yourself.
2. YZ SKU Number– Must include specific variants.
   • Example: YZ202512151021-khaki-XXL instead of YZ202512151021
3. Country Code– e.g., US, AU, CA, etc.

• If an order contains multiple products, enter each product SKU on a new line; all other information remains the same.

After Import

• Once imported successfully, orders will appear in Awaiting Process.
• Click Add to Cart to proceed with payment.
